Check the notification settings in the Booksy app by going to:

• On an iOS device: Profile > Settings.
• On an Android device: Profile > Account & Settings > Settings.
• On the web: Profile > Account & Settings > Settings.

Also, make sure notifications from Booksy are enabled in your device settings.
