If your appointment is eligible to be cancelled, you may do so from the Appointments section. 

If you are uncertain about the cancellation policy for your booking or if you are unable to cancel from the Appointments section, contact the provider directly. You can find their contact details on their Booksy business profile.

Note that our Customer Support can’t cancel appointments on your behalf.
