Refunds are processed by the service provider, as funds are not held by Booksy.
If a booking was canceled within the terms of the provider’s cancellation policy, the provider should refund a payment on their end, and you should receive it within 2-5 business days.
If, after 5 business days, you have not received a refund, you should contact the provider directly. You can find their contact details on their Booksy business profile. Click on the Details tab and scroll down to find the business phone number.
Note that our Customer Support doesn’t make refunds on providers’ behalf.
