If you wish to reschedule, first verify your appointment can be rescheduled per the provider’s cancellation policy. Go to the Details tab on the provider’s business profile and scroll down to the Payment & Cancellation Policy section.
Note that rescheduling means that the first appointment you booked will be canceled. The timeframe for which you may reschedule is set by the service providers, and fees may apply.
If your appointment is eligible to be rescheduled, you may do so from the Appointments section.
If you are uncertain about the cancellation policy for your booking or if you are unable to make the change from the Appointments section, contact the provider directly. You can find their contact details on their Booksy business profile.
