First, verify that all card details are correct and amend them if necessary (card number, expiration date, and security code). You may also try to add a different card or try again later.
If the problem persists, please contact us at help.gb@booksy.com / help.ie@booksy.com from the email address registered with your account. Be sure to provide the cardholder’s name exactly as it appears on the card and the last 4 digits of the card. Note that for security reasons, you shouldn’t share your full credit card information via email.
After multiple failed attempts to add a card, it may take up to 24 hours before re-entering correct card details.
